My order has shipped but still has not arrived yet. What should I do?

If you received an email stating your order has shipped and its been 2 weeks or more. Please check the tracking information to see what the progress is or where it was last scanned. Additionally, on the shipping providers website, look for an option to receive updates on shipment progress (USPS Informed Delivery). These services update faster and be more accurate with the location of the shipments. -- We have found that this seems to help with more movement if the shipping service is notified someone is watching the package ;)
If your order says delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to your local post office first; and consider filing a lost package claim. We are not responsible for orders lost by customer error such as incorrect shipping addresses or stolen packages. You can find more information outlined our shipping policy.
After exhausting all options, and the error was deemed to be from the shipping provider or Morphis Art and not by the customer. Please reach out to us via our contact form for compensation.
