Martian Rocks isn’t just a painting—it’s an interplanetary relic forged in lightning, bass, and blizzards. This 34” x 46” acrylic on canvas was born live on stage with Mersiv at Red Rocks, first during the 2023 show and finished during the absolute chaos of the 2025 set—a night of rain, sleet, and snow so wild the canvas literally froze solid mid-performance. I melted snow to mix paint. The painting shivered. I shivered. The crowd roared. The universe blinked.
In this piece: red-rocked Martian cliffs embedded with whispering faces, jellyfish spirits drifting upward, and a spiral galaxy ripping through the sky while green hands rise in cosmic offering. The terrain is cracked and glowing, the energy palpable. It’s a vision from another world, pulled into ours under 10,000 eyes and stormy skies.
