Refund & Return Policy

At Morphis Art Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

– Refunds & Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item upon arrival to ensure it has never been used. If the item has been used, we cannot offer a refund. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and ensuring that the item is safely delivered to us. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping, and any damage to the item during shipping will result in a loss of refund eligibility. Once we have completed the inspection and approved the refund, we will begin the refund process immediately same day or the next available business day. Refunds will be credited to the payment method you used when checking out with us. This typically takes anywhere from 3-5 days to process depending on your bank/method. If you do not see your refund after 5 days, please contact us. Store credit may be provided if requested.

– Non-Eligible Items

Any product that has been used CAN NOT be returned or refunded!

– Authorized Retailers

We do not accept refunds from authorized retailers. If you purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please file a claim through whom you purchased from. We advise you to review their policies before proceeding.

– Third-Party Accessories and User Error

We do not cover third-party accessories or user error. However, we understand mistakes happen. In this event, we may be willing to work something out. When in doubt, reach out to our customer service representatives and they will answer, clarify, or point you in the right direction.
