Shipping Policy

At Morphis Art Collective, we use USPS and UPS/FedEx to process and ship orders every workweek. We offer international shipping to our customers.

– Processing Times

We strive to process and ship orders within 12-48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that there may be some delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via the email provided during checkout.

– International Shipping

Morphis Art Collective offers international shipping to our customers. The rates for international shipping vary by country and are determined at checkout.

– Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates are determined by live current rates and are subject to change at checkout depending on the order size.

– Shipping Confirmation w/ Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email provided during checkout. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email or tracking number, please contact us.

If you would like signature confirmation upon delivery, please notify us in the order notes during checkout.

– Damages, Delays & Lost Packages

Morphis Art Collective is not responsible for any damages, delays, or lost packages that may occur during transit. If you receive your item(s) damaged or do not receive them at all, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is recommended to keep all original packaging and provide as much information as possible from the date you received your item. If your item arrives damaged, do not take it out of its packaging. Leaving it as is will make your claim much easier and faster.
